Location: West Palm Beach

Time: 9:00PM – 05:30AM

Days: Wednesday - Sunday

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

• Perform cleaning assignments for train cars in accordance with SFRTA, Bombardier and Hallcon standards and guidelines.
• Drain and flush waste tanks. 
• Mop, dust, sweep, wash walls and windows. 
• Uses chemical cleaners, equipment and material in accordance with regulatory agencies and HAZCOM guidelines and procedures. 
• Maintains proper care and use of materials, equipment, machines and hand tools normally associated with assigned job.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in cleaning.
• Must successfully complete training and attain/retain certifications applicable to assigned job. 
• Experience in commercial cleaning with OSHA approved cleaning compounds and tools. 
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning requirements. 
• Ability to use cleaning equipment such as mops, brooms, dust pans and operate toilet servicing equipment. 
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English proficiently.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Military experience with Honorable discharge is preferred, but not required.
• A Satisfactory employment record required.
• Pass a mandatory pre-employment drug screen and Safety test

Job Requirements

• Follow all safety procedures, including wearing all appropriate PPE and Blue Flag Rules
• Create all required reports accurately and in a timely manner
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs  without reasonable accommodations
• Ability to climb ladders on a railcar
• Ability to work in all-weather conditions
• Ability to walk on uneven surfaces

• Willingness to be available 24/7 for site support
