Schedule:  $65,000.00

Starting Pay:  8:00am - 5:00pm

Job Description

What You Get To Do: 

The Program Quality Coordinator in this position must be knowledgeable and up to date on rules and regulations affecting their assigned programs, and must work closely with and maintain 

excellent communication with the Program Director, Area director and State Director as part of a team approach to providing seamless quality service. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited: 

  • Assisting with completing incident reports/investigations 
  • Site reviews/audits to ensure compliance 
  • Running reports to ensure completion of medication/documentation 
  • Recommend areas of improvement and follow up 
  • Training in various areas in relation to compliance/regulations 

Qualifications

What Makes You A Great Fit: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a human services or related field.  
  • 2 years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential or day program setting  
  • Prior experience in managing and supervising services for persons with development disabilities is required. 
  • Must be responsible, mature, flexible and have good decision-making time management and communication skills. 
  • Valid Drivers License (due to transporting persons served) 
  • Some positions / locations may require own personal vehicle and auto-liability insurance based on the role 
  • A successful background clearance is required as part of the onboarding/employment process 
  • Good communication is key in this role. You’ll rely on your reading, writing, and communication skills to document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with both internal and external team members.
