WE OFFER:
- Work Environment: Remote model Must be in CST or EST time zone (We are unable to hire in PA and NY)
- Compensation: Hourly (based on geographical area)

- Work Schedule: Typically, 8 AM - 5 PM (with occasional flexibility to meet deadlines or support key initiatives across all U.S. time zones.) You will be working the Indian market place.

Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, adaptable Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes initiative. This role is perfect for someone who can own their territory, build strong relationships, and move candidates through the process quickly and efficiently; without constant oversight. If you’re a natural problem-solver and builder who loves making an impact, this is the opportunity for you.
You’ll own recruitment for DSP and ancillary roles within your market and may also support Program Manager/Director and other regional needs as assigned. From sourcing to offer, you’ll partner with hiring managers and HR to make smart, timely hires that fuel our mission.
What You Get To Do:
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, career sites, hiring events, referrals, and creative outreach.
- Screen and evaluate talent, checking references and aligning motivators with business needs.
- Build and maintain an active, searchable pipeline in SmartRecruiters with smart tagging and talent community tools.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, offering insights on roadblocks like compensation, skills, and sourcing tactics.
- Represent Dungarvin at career fairs, networking, and community events to build awareness and attract talent.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as a true brand ambassador.

Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
- Expertise & Education: 1+ year of focused high-volume recruiting experience and a bachelor’s degree. Or a High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience.
- Recruiting Expertise: Proven experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly workforces with a strong understanding of high-volume recruitment processes and strategies.
- Job Board & Sourcing Platform Expertise: Proficiency with job boards and sourcing platforms, such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, etc.
- Applicant Tracking & Collaboration Tools: Skilled in HRIS systems like Workday, SmartRecruiters, and other ATS platforms; experienced with Microsoft Teams and virtual meeting tools like Zoom and GoToMeeting.
- Microsoft 365 Proficiency: Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint for efficient communication, reporting, and documentation.
NICE TO HAVE:
Industry Experience: Prior experience working within Healthcare, Social Services, Retail, Manufacturing, hospitality, etc. Staffing agency experience is highly sought after.

- Tech & Data Savvy: Leverage ATS systems (SmartRecruiters preferred), sourcing platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and recruiting metrics to drive efficiency and informed decisions.
