Eligible Applicants must have a Valid Drivers License AND 6 months of professional work/Volunteer experience supporting vulnerable populations (ex. caregiver, nanny, paraeducator, direct support professional, etc.)

Job Description

We are seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to assist children ages 16-21 with disabilities; behavioral or medical complexities in our residential program.

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP/Caregiver), you will support children with activities that focus on increasing their independence. As a DSP/Caregiver, you will work with children to provide coaching, supervision, and role modeling life skills.  The job may also include transportation, medication administration, meal preparation, /or and assistance with personal cares.

Qualifications

  • 6 months of volunteer or professional experience supporting vulnerable populations (ex. caregiver, nanny, paraeducator, direct support professional, etc.) 

  • 21 years of age or older 

  • High School Diploma or GED
