- $29.25-30.05 /hourly starting *Listed salary range is based on experience level and may vary depending on an individual skills and qualifications.
- Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm in office; however, schedule must sufficiently be flexible to accommodate administrative deadlines and projects. Not remote.

Job Description
The National Administrative Coordinator is to provide senior level administrative support, leadership, and project coordination to all Dungarvin national departments, operating companies, and all levels of the organization. Manage assigned corporate functions and systems. Participate in the development and oversight of uniform national systems, procedures and resources used throughout the Dungarvin organization. Handle confidential corporate information
Qualifications
Minimum required qualifications include:
- High school diploma or GED Certificate.
- Three to five years’ experience supporting senior management with senior level administrative duties.
- Three to five years’ experience in project coordination/management.
- Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels in the organization and community.
- Organized with solid time management and decision-making skills.
- Confidence, flexibility, self-directedness, and the ability to maturely deal with unexpected demands and incidents.
- Excellent acumen to handle highly sensitive information.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Minimum typing speed of 90 words per minute.
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe Acrobat Sign.
- Experience with creating, sending, and summarizing surveys.
