Job Description

What You Get To Do:

  • Our Caregiver/Administrative Coordinator role is a hybrid role of providing hands on  healthcare/caregiving tasks and administrative responsibilities.
  • Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
  • Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
  • Assist management in maintaining the consistency in supports and services that we provide to the individuals we serve.
  •  Assist with scheduling, training, medical appointments, follow-up on appointments and meetings, and coaching our Direct Support Professional/DSP staff.
  • Assist with with taking calls after business hours and on weekends.

Qualifications

What Makes You A Great Fit: 

  • 2 years Healthcare/Caregiving experience required
  • Experience working with persons who have developmental or intellectual disabilities
  • Office/administrative experience
  • Person-centered, patient, and kind

  • Committed to creating a respectful and collaborative environment
  • Computer skills for documentation
