Job Description
What you get to do:
This position is working directly with an individual who has physical and verbal behaviors. The individual requires 2:1 supports. You will be working with another staff during awake hours and will be helping the individual work towards independence goals as well as providing help with ADL's and support during challenging behaviors.
- Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
- Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
- Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene and more.

Qualifications
What makes you a great fit:
- Must have at least 1 year experience working with individuals with high behaviors
- Active CPR/First Aid/PMT and Med certification preferred
- Observant and detail oriented
- Positive role-model for others and able to work on a team
- Committed to creating a respectful and collaborative environment
- Computer skills for documentation
- 18 years or older
- Valid Driver's License and consistent access to a vehicle is required
