Job Description

This is a unique opportunity for a Live-in Direct Support Professional (DSP). You would be required to live with our person served. Here are a few perks to consider!

  • Live-In DSP’s are provided room and board at no cost!
  • Live-In DSP’s would have their own separate living quarters within the home.  
  • You do have the ability to view your living quarters prior to move in contract completion.
  • Your family may be allowed to move into the quarters with you!
  • Hours worked would be part-time, asleep overnight shift
  • Paid hours are $18.50 hr. and would include awake hours only (avg. 15 hours weekly)
  • Additional work hours are available if interested!

Working directly as a Live-in DSP care provider, you will be assisting in providing support services and assistance to individuals in their homes. Candidates will have a desire to create lasting positive impacts on people's lives and enjoy coaching, mentoring, and encouraging others to reach their goals.

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Passion for Helping Others
  • Physical stamina to stay on your feet, walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Basic computer skills for tracking progress and documentation.
