Wage: $19.10 per hour (The rate of pay and pay scale provided for this position are based on title and geographical location) Full Range Scale - $19.10 - $20.20

Job Description
As a Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role by providing compassionate care while enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities. This is not a supervisory role. However, the PC is the lead staff for one residential In-Home program.
What You Get to Do:
- Document and follow-up of individual and program related needs.
- Ensure compliance with policies and Washington Administrative Rules.
- One-on-one training of DSP staff.
- Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
- Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
- Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, personal hygiene and more.
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
- Build relationships with persons served and teammates.
- Attend community outings and fun activities like outdoor walks, games, and social events.
- Transport clients to appointments or other activities outside the home.
- Empower people with disabilities to live life to the fullest.
- Document progress, milestones, and action steps.
Qualifications
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- 2 years of caregiving experience required
- NAR - Diabetic Preferred
- Observant and detailed oriented
- Dependable, adaptable and flexible
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Valid drivers license required
- 21 years or older
