We are currently hiring a Maintenance Technician, this position will assist our maintenance manager with preventative, corrective and renovative maintenance of assigned buildings, grounds, vehicles, and property including: planning, implementation, quality assurance, and budget adherence.

Job Description

Responsible for assisting the maintenance manager with preventative, corrective and renovative maintenance of assigned buildings, grounds, vehicles, and property including: planning, implementation, quality assurance, and budget adherence. 

  • Part-time position, generally day hours, Monday through Friday 
  • The maintenance technician has on-call responsibilities
  • Accomplish assigned maintenance tasks
  • Maintain records and complete documentation of work accomplished, time, purchases, etc. 
  • Obtain bids for externally contracted projects
  • Track annual maintenance plans and preventive maintenance checklists

Qualifications

What Makes You A Great Fit:

  • Valid Drivers License is required
  • Experience in building maintenance including heating, plumbing, electrical, and general repair.
  • Must have available reliable and appropriate means of transportation and basic tools
  • Good decision-making and communication skills, be responsible, mature, flexible, and able to work independently and as a team member. 
  • Possess ability to evaluate cost effectiveness and preventative measures.  
  • 18 years or older
  • Successful clearance of a criminal background check for licensing requirement
