Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • To maintain and disseminate personnel information using the human resources/payroll information system.
  • Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status
  • Manage the HR inbox for all assigned states.
  • Process employee questions and respond in a timely manner
  • Employee Information Requests
  • To respond to reference requests and conduct exit interviews, in accordance with Dungarvin policies.
  • To monitor wage and payroll information to confirm accuracy.
  • To effectively administer unemployment compensation, under the direction of the human resources manager/director.

Qualifications

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  • Bachelor’s degree related to HR preferred or 2 years of general human resources or extensive customer service experience.
  • Must have strong computer skills, including but not limited to experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office programs. (ULTIPRO experience preferred)
  • Must be organized, thorough and detail orientated 
  • Good problem-solving abilities and time management skills 
  • Experience maintaining a professional level of privacy in accordance with HIPAA or other relevant regulations
