Job Description
The HR Systems Assistant will assist the HR Systems Team with the management of the HR Systems Help Desk by triaging incoming support tickets, providing level 1 system support, monitoring assigned systems, and performing tasks as assigned. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Troubleshoot user issues and reset accounts/passwords.
- Escalate level 2 tickets to the HR Systems Administrator or HR Systems Manager.
- Monitor ticket processing and compliance reporting.
- Conduct quality assurance audits and assist with system integrations.
- Support special projects as assigned.
- Maintain and set up user accounts as directed.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Minimum of 2 years of Level 1 experience supporting an HRIS, ATS or LMS.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Self-starter who shows curiosity and requires minimal prompting to act.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks at the same time.
- Good organizational, time management and decision-making skills.
- Confidence, flexibility, and the ability to maturely deal with unexpected demands and incidents.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with UKG Pro, SmartRecruiters and/or Relias.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
