The Lead Nursing Assistant is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating individual care and programming. Responsible for any program or personnel issues within the home. Responsible to provide direct services to the individuals, including assisting with personal cares, assisting with health care, assisting in maintaining a clean, safe living environment, meal preparation, and supervising, training, and assisting the individuals in every aspect of their lives.
