WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Be the guardian angel for individuals with disabilities or age-related needs using cutting-edge video monitoring and sensor tech. Swiftly respond to alerts, following protocols to the letter – whether it's reaching out to house staff, management, or even local authorities – ensuring every issue gets sorted pronto or a solid action plan is in place.

  • Your friendly demeanor shines as you communicate with and serve the individuals in your care, ensuring their well-being and peace of mind are always front and center.

  • No tech glitch stands a chance against you! You're the troubleshooter extraordinaire, adept at fixing sensors, systems, monitors, and call lists with ease.

Qualifications

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • One year of hands-on experience engaging with customers, patients, or students, like working in a call center, hospital/clinic, school, providing hospitality services, or aiding in a help desk environment.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience in healthcare or working as a caregiver 
  • Strong computer skills and experience in a variety of software tools
  • Experience in multiple technology platforms, including internet connectivity and Customer Relationship Management systems such as Salesforce.com (CRM) preferred
