Job Description

The employment services department manager (ESDM) is responsible for providing leadership and management of Dungarvin’s Supported Employment Services program. The  ESDM will focus on the ongoing development and growth of the employment services department as well as oversight of daily operations.  This position supervises a team and program directors that have oversight responsibilities for the program.

FOCUS ON OUTCOMES - Quality, program oversight, licensing, programming customer satisfaction, future program development, growth, profit, data management, and financial planning.

WAGE: $66,000.00 annually with scheduled increases 

HOURS WORKED: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm: The employment services manager's schedule must be flexible to accommodate various program, personnel, and organizational needs including after hours and weekend emergencies and phone calls.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in the social services field
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience supervising management staff
  • Four (4) years experience and expertise in employment services preferably in MN
