Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, Day Shift, In-person
Wage: $21.50 - $23.00 per hour

Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Scheduling Coordinator is a critical team member managing the overall scheduling coordination of designated home locations in a specified geographic area. This role creates weekly schedules, verifies and reconciles time & attendance, monitors & ensures staff training compliance and manages the call off/on-call process during business hours.
Duties of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Develop, maintain, and post a schedule for each home that provides staffing hours that align with contracted/required support hours for each individual in the home and to meet the needs and supervision requirements of the individuals based on their support plans, activity schedules, daily routines, work hours, and healthcare or other appointments. Arranges schedules to accommodate staff meetings, training, vacations, leaves of absence, and to avoid overtime.
- Revise schedules each week to accommodate staff call offs and any changing needs of supported individuals. Maintain documentation of schedule changes.
- Develop and follow overtime reduction plans to ensure any overtime incurred is within budgeted hours for the home.
- Works shifts as needed to ensure adequate coverage for individual's being supported and to ensure contracted hours are met. May support or provide direct support to individuals at home, in the community, or while on appointments as needed.
- Provides assistance in the home during crisis situations and provides direction and support to effectively manage the crisis.
- Review staff timesheets for completeness and accuracy and approve them in the HRIS system each week within the required deadline. Coordinate with relevant staff to make any needed timesheet corrections within required timeframes.
- Reviews and approves staff mileage logs. Inputs into the HRIS system for employee reimbursement.
- Review and approve time off requests. Ensure staff have adequate paid time off (PTO) balances before approving time off.
Qualifications
- Scheduling experience: 1 Year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
- Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
