Job Description

Work proactively and collaboratively with the Operational Supports team on specific short- and long-term projects. Responsible for tasks delegated by the project director, coordinating with all necessary team members and vendors, and working with the team to ensure projects move forward as scheduled. Must be highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks while working independently. The ability to motivate others and keep them on task in a positive and encouraging manner is also a must-have skill in this position.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Assist the project director in the management of national initiatives, new development, and office transitions as assigned by the support team  
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of national and corporate Dungarvin events
  • Schedule meetings and document meeting minutes
  • Collect project data, organize and maintain project related files and documentation
  • Assemble, disseminate and manage project related information
  • Assist project director in managing assigned tasks, update the status of complete tasks
  • Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferred but not required 
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and a project management software application
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Collaborative working style and team-player attitude
  • Able to work independently with little supervision
