This position offers a flexible schedule- office & remote working options are available. The salary for this position is $55,000.

Job Description

In this exciting role the Program Director is responsible for the coordination and supervision of programs that specialize in supporting individuals with behavioral and physical health needs. In this position, the two key priorities include supervising and training of direct support staff and ensuring all aspects of the program are developed, implemented, coordinated and monitored to the highest degree possible. 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Achieving valued outcomes for individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Oversight and management of staff including training and development and staff scheduling
  • Promoting quality service delivery and care plan development
  • Supervising the day to day operations of program services
  • Flexible schedule - office and remote work opportunities
  • Typical office hours Monday-Friday
  • On-Call one week per month Friday - Thursday
  • Local travel requirement throughout the cities of: Baraboo, Reedsburg, and Madison, WI and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience supervising programs in the human service field providing disability services
  • A four-year degree in behavioral science, or related field, required.
  • Must qualify as a Designated Manager
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Current auto liability insurance with reliable transportation
  • Change management and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and flexible to meet the dynamic needs of the clients served and the staff supported

Additional Information

  • $55,000 salary varies based on education and experience
