We have a unique opportunity available in our Supported Living programs, and are looking for an exceptional candidate who has a passion for person-centered advocacy and choice. This position requires a dependable staff who will work well independently , who has good communication and decision making skills, and who has the knack for teaching the individuals we support independent skill building.

You will be providing support with daily activities such as:

 Community activities and outings
 Implementing positive behavior supports
 Basic life skills coaching
 Medication administration
 Performing household duties
 Shopping
 Cooking
 Personal Hygiene
 Personal Care
 Bathing

Successful candidate will also have computer experience, and possess good oral and written communication skills. Some experience in employment services, social, human services, care-giving or medical field is desired.

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must possess High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license 
• Current auto liability insurance 
• Reliable transportation
• Successful candidates will be required to meet all Oregon State Department of Human Services requirements

*Many Supported Living positions also require that the employee have their own vehicle that they can transport persons served in, as well as the ability to provide proof of liability insurance coverage.

*Many Supported living positions require pet care. Therefore, this position may not be a good fit for someone with allergies to pets.
