WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Human Resources Corporate Recruiter executes the corporate talent acquisition strategy and partners with hiring managers and HR to fill open positions.  There is a focus on operational openings at the hourly and management levels in addition to corporate roles in the national central office.  This position serves as a lead for the national recruiting department and will provide training and assistance to the Talent Acquisition Director as needed. This role also participates as a member of the larger organizational recruiting team.

Qualifications

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  • Three years total recruiting experience with some corporate recruiting experience focused on accounting, HR, administrative and IT disciplines
  • Experience in full cycle recruiting using applicant tracking systems required
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills required
  • Strong word processing and Windows software skills required
  • Strong organizational skills
