FUN FACT:

Our founders (Husband and wife duo) Tim and Diane Madden opened the first Dungarvin program, an ICF/MR serving 15 people, in St. Paul, Minnesota, in March 1976. Tim and Diane were the live-in “houseparents” for that first program. Through the success of that program Dungarvin has grown to employ approximately 4,000 people who currently provide supports to over 4,000 individuals across 14 states.

WHAT IS IT THAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Review, prepare and input bi-weekly payroll data
  • Produce accurate and timely payrolls, for multi-locations (states) based on state and federal regulations and company polices
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports. Prepare and maintain semi-monthly and monthly ad-hoc reporting
  • Process employee garnishments
  • Process employee benefit deductions

Qualifications

MUST HAVE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and 2-3 years of payroll experience.  
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including strong Excel skills
  • Proficiency with automated payroll processing systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, technical aptitude and capability to learn things quickly
  • Attention to detail

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience with UKG HRIS/PAYROLL
  • Experience with ADP print services
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics accounting application
  • Experience with Kronos timekeeping application

40 hours per week. 

Monday- Friday 8:00AM- 5:00PM (FLEX)
