Job Description

Direct Support Professionals provide support services and assistance to individuals in their homes and in the community. Candidates will have a desire to create lasting positive impacts on people's lives and enjoy coaching, mentoring, and encouraging others to reach their goals. We're now offering a $500 Signing Bonus, paid after a 90 day probation period.

You will be providing support with daily activities such as:


 Implementing positive behavior supports
 Basic life skills coaching
 Medication administration
 Performing household duties
 Cooking
 Personal Hygiene
 Personal Care
 Bathing

This position is an overnight awake position. Sleeping on shift can be considered neglectful of the people we support and can result in immediate termination.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record - Preferred, not required
  • Current auto liability insurance - Preferred, not required
  • Reliable transportation
  • Acceptable criminal record
