The person in this role will work for the Minnesota division of the organization, supporting the organization's mission of respecting and responding to individuals with varying cognitive and physical abilities. The training supervisor is responsible for the execution of required trainings and for the design and development of ongoing learning. The training supervisor leads a team of trainers to offer training solutions to the organization and implements/promotes talent development intiatives. Other duties include:

• ·         Design and deliver training and other learning and development offerings to the organization
• ·         Monitor employee training attendance and performance
• ·         Ensure trainings meet the needs of the organization’s requirements for licensing, as well as provide additional developmental training opportunities.
• ·         Experience with learning management systems (LMS) required. LMS implementation experience strongly preferred.

·   Salary range for this position is $47,500 - $50,500.     

• ·         Bachelor’s degree or three to five years of human resources experience related to facilitation, training, education, development of training programs/curriculum, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• ·         Must demonstrate proficient communication and interpersonal skills, as well as decision-making, and organizational skills.
• ·         Strong computer skills required
• ·         Experience in learning management systems (LMS)
• ·         Experience leading and supervising a team, strongly preferred
•  Position requires a driver license with an acceptable driving record and MN State background study
