Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Working directly as a DSP, you will be able to assist in a residential, group home or day program setting. The DSP (caregiver) is responsible for providing direct support, hands-on instruction, assistance, and positive direction to those we support in a manner that ensures their health, safety, successful achievement of service objectives, and personal goals.  

No Experience?  If you meet the basic job requirements, we will provide the necessary paid training and hands-on experience.

Qualifications

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  • Must be at least 18 years old, 21 years old for some sites
  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (Candidates without a valid driver's license can be considered for overnight shifts)
  • Current auto liability insurance
  • Reliable transportation
