DSPs – to be successful in this role we are looking for candidates with prior experience with intense high behaviors, both verbal and physical! You will assist with personal care needs, medication administration, perform housekeeping duties, advance residents’ decision-making, productivity, promote participation in a range of activities and meaningful interactions between residents and the community.

You will provide supports to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, people who are faced with metal health, behavioral, and/or significant medical challenges! We are looking to hire staff who are patient, have good decision making and crisis management skills, and who will not be intimated by these behaviors.  Prior IDD, mental health, psychiatric, and/or security experience is strongly preferred.

Weekend differential – we pay an additional $2 per hour for all shifts worked on the weekend. Our weekend shifts pay $18.50/hour!

Our DSPs are much more than just caregivers! Ultimately, you will serve as an advocate for the entire community with disabilities.
