Job Description

The main responsibilities for this role will be to provide primary health care, monitor health conditions, plan long-term care needs, administer medicine, daily usage of medical equipment, perform minor medical operations, advise patients on their illness, care and provide continued duty of care. 

Nurse will perform telephone assessments during COVID-19, in-person once restrictions are lifted. S/he will document visits using the Therap system. Must serve as part of the on-call rotation, train house staff on health care plans and medical emergency response plans, and will give directions to house staff regarding medications and treatments.

The ideal candidate should be able to work well independently while taking part in team meetings and working with the supervisor to make sure state requirements are met.


  • BSN preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  •  Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  •  Current auto liability insurance
  • Reliable transportation
  • Acceptable criminal record
