Job Description

Our New Development Maintenance Coordinator will work with contractors, licensors, inspectors, and landlords with regards to new developments across the state of Minnesota and be responsible for preventative, corrective, and renovative maintenance for the properties under your caseload. Provides information on operating costs, as well as the annual budget for the properties. 

This position will provide leadership in areas related to property and equipment management including acquisition, leases, general upkeep, improvement and cost effectiveness. Maintain the grounds, vehicles, and property including: planning, implementation, quality assurance, and budget adherence and regulatory compliance. Travel is required through out the state of Minnesota for this position and at times overnight travel.  

Qualifications

  • 4 years experience working directly in heating, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general maintenance.

  • High School Diploma

  • Effective trouble shooting and communication skills

  • knowledge and experience in property management and working with outside contractors assuring quality results and authorizing billing for those services.

  • Acceptable criminal record

  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record, reliable transportation for travel throughout Minnesota

  • Able to meet physical requirements
