Do you enjoy helping others? Are you extremely organized and efficient? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to put your skills to work!  Dungarvin is looking to fill an Administrative Program Coordinator position in our Milwaukee area. 

The Administrative Program Coordinator (APC) provides key administrative supports to the high acuity management team and programs.  The APC works in coordination with the director of behavioral health services and supervisors to provide effective, timely  and highly organized administrative and operational supports to aid in the delivery of quality services.  

Ideal candidates must have strong organizational skills and have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.   Candidates must be able to process information with speed and accuracy as well as deal with unexpected demands in a professional manner and efficient manner.   

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining office records/files and assist with administrative tasks to include: office supply orders, updating and copying program forms, room reservations and act as the Local Help Desk for program supervisors by troubleshooting IS issues for network, computers and printers
  • Assisting with the development and maintenance of ISP/BSPs for program sites
  • Facilitating and processing the purchasing card reports and maintain the individual household records for program sites
  • Assisting program supervisors with month end information including: units of service, requests for expenditures and route household information to accounting
  • Ensuring that Dungarvin owned vehicles are properly maintained

This position will primarily office in Milwaukee but will be responsible for periodic travel to other sites in Sheboygan, Janesville, Beloit, Baraboo, Portage and Reedsburg as directed.

Hourly wage starts at $14.12/hr. with an increase at 90 days!

Qualifications

  • Minimum 18 years of age.  High school diploma/GED required
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record to allow this position to drive and assist with Dungarvin owned vehicles as assigned
  • At least 1-year related experience or combination of education, training and work experience

Ideal candidates for this administrative position will:

  • be responsible, reliable, and able to carry out job functions independently without direct supervision
  • possess all the following:  ability to work as a team member; ability to follow directions; ability to provide support, constructive criticism, and ideas with other staff members; the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with other Dungarvin staff
  • intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
