Dungarvin is a national organization of privately owned companies that are dedicated to providing high quality, community-based supports to people with varying support needs. 

To assure all Dungarvin New Jersey property and equipment is in safe operating condition and maintained consistent with Dungarvin standards. To provide leadership to the organization in all areas related to property and equipment management including acquisition, general upkeep, improvement, and cost effectiveness. Supervise and direct the Maintenance Department and all related contracted work. This person will be responsible for all preventative, corrective, and renovating maintenance of buildings, grounds, vehicles, and property including: planning, implementation, quality assurance, budgetary adherence, and regulatory compliance.    

The maintenance supervisor may receive calls at home and is “on-call” when not on duty. 

Full-time, generally Monday through Friday.  Schedule must be flexible to accommodate special needs and projects. 

A minimum of three years experience in building maintenance including heating, plumbing, electrical, and general repair. Must possess ability to evaluate cost effectiveness and preventative measures.  This person must have strong leadership, supervisory skills, and communication skills; in addition to extensive knowledge and experience in property management.
