Job Description
The Part Time (30 hours/week) Office Program Coordinator is responsible for program management in maintaining consistency in the provision of supports and services to individuals in service and in communicating with staff and team members. This position is also responsible for expediting the general flow of matters pertaining to the office including, but not limited to, typing and general office/clerical duties. This position should assist in direct training, follow up, and coaching with staff, keeping the supervisor informed. The Office Program Coordinator works closely with the Program Directors and Director, maintain direct communication with Host Home Providers, and outside professional contractors. The Office Program Coordinator has the responsibility to coordinate with the Director and Program Directors in supporting of service provision including but not limited to: program implementation, individual finances, and quality assurance.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED certification
AT least 18 years of age
Education or training in working with developmentally disabled adults and/or equivalent experience, is strongly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong office, organizational and computer skills, including but not limited to experiences with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Must be flexible, available to work full time with flexibility in working days/hours and sites.
