Dungarvin is a person centered organization providing a variety of services and supports  to people with disabilities.  We are currently looking for a Health Service Registered Nurse to support our clinical and operational teams.

The health services registered nurse monitors and provides resources and coverage supervision to all nursing personnel when on-call, ensures all services comply with policies and licensure requirements, and promotes quality health care to the individuals served.  This position may assist in training and orientation of staff as well as providing direct skilled nursing services.

The health services registered nurse is authorized to provide nursing services as part of the service delivery team for person served and is responsible to assure all persons served receive quality health care services. When necessary, the health services registered nurse will perform specifically delegated medical and nursing actions.  This position may act as a resource to directors, supervisors, and program nursing staff regarding medical issues, rules, and regulations that govern medical care in the programs. This position will also deliver skilled nursing services to people served.

•  Prior experience  working as an RN, preferred exp. In long term care or disability services. RN license must be current and in good standing with the state of Minnesota
•  2 years’ experience working development and maintenance of nursing curriculum and policies. 
• Completion and clearance of background study, completed through the MN Department of Human Services
•  Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
