Job Description

We are seeking an energetic leader to fill a Program Director position in the Eugene/Springfield areas. 

The Program Director is a key position that is responsible for providing leadership and management of Dungarvin’s residential services. Overseeing multiple locations, while maintaining the administration side as well as providing direct care when needed. 

This position is Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5PM, but requires flexibility to be on call, after hours and weekends

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Step in and do direct care for clients when short staffed
  • Oversee multiple locations
  • Supervises, train, and evaluate direct support professionals
  • Manage program budgets
  • Responsible for staff scheduling
  • Create and implement Individual Support Plans
  • Proactively identify issues and constructively work to solve problems.
  • Work collaboratively with people inside and outside of the organization in the provision of support services

Qualifications

  • Experience in a management/supervisory role
  • Be experienced in providing person-centered supports to people who experience developmental disabilities 
  • Experience overseeing multiple group homes
  • Have the ability to resolve conflict
  • Have prior experience in developing and implementing ISPs
  • Experience in budget implementation 
  • Ability to complete administration work while still having to provide direct care
