Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, organized and professional individual to fill a new Administrative Program Coordinator position.

The Administrative Program Coordinator (APC) is a key support position for Dungarvin programs.  The APC is responsible for working cooperatively with the Area Director to provide support to managers of assigned programs throughout Wisconsin.

There is a fair amount of travel associated with this position and schedule could vary.  Typical hours will be scheduled Monday – Friday and usual business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 18 years of age.  High school diploma/GED required
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Some education, training, and/or at least 1- year related experience.

Ideal candidates for this administrative position will:

  • be responsible, reliable, and able to carry out job functions independently without direct supervision
  • possess all the following:  ability to work as a team member; ability to follow directions; ability to provide support, constructive criticism, and ideas with other staff members; the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with other Dungarvin staff
  • clear, professional and personable language skills
  • professional writing skills which reflect correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, composition, quality, and fluent vocabulary
  • intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects
  • ability to process information with speed and accuracy
  • ability to professionally deal with unexpected demands and incidents willingness to initiate improvement and expansion of existing systems.

 

Hourly wage starts at $14.12/hr. with an increase at 90 days!
