As an HR Specialist on the Recruiting team, you will build relationships with candidates and new employees who will be providing services to individuals with varying physical and mental abilities.

Job Description

The HR Specialist will provide administrative support to the Recruiting team, performing duties such as assisting with new hire paperwork, contacting references, running background checks/fingerprinting, sourcing candidates, and coordinating and organizing details surrounding our weekly new hire orientations. The individual in this role will assist the Recruiting team by ensuring compliance is upheld--meeting important deadlines and frequently communicating with the team and candidates to ensure all details are accounted for. Ideal candidate are highly detail-oriented, organized, and have strong communication skills.

Qualifications

 

  • Two or more years of experience in HR and/or related degree required.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems preferred.
  • Strong word processing and Windows software skills required.

The starting pay for this position is $18.32/hour
