We have a unique opportunity available in our Supported Living Program and are looking for an exceptional candidate who has a passion for consumer advocacy and choice. This position is located in Beaverton and will require you to have reliable transportation. You would be living in the client's home for the duration of your shift. The shift available is the following: 

Friday 1 pm-Sun 3 pm. (38 hours)

This shift is great for those wanting to work a condensed schedule and have more days off. The client you will be supporting is friendly and kind. Must be dependable and work well independently, have good communication and decision making skills, and a knack for teaching our consumers independent skill building. 

You will be providing support with daily activities such as:
 Community activities and outings
 Implementing positive behavior supports
 Basic life skills coaching
 Medication administration
 Performing household duties
 Shopping
 Cooking
 Personal Hygiene
 Personal Care

Successful candidate will also have computer experience and possess good oral and written communication skills. Some experience in employment services, social, human services, care-giving or medical field is desired. Must be at least 18 years old. Have a current and valid driver's license. Be able to pass a criminal background and driver's check. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. 

 

Position pays: $13/hour + Benefits + Paid time off
