The nurse will assure that each individual receives quality, individualized health care management resulting in optimal health.  Health care will be provided to individuals in a manner that is normalizing, sensitive to their needs, and responsive to their health care choices with respect to their dignity.

The nurse will provide care in accordance with the Ohio Nursing Licensure Laws and Regulations.

Must hold a Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio. Minimum of 4 years education and experience working with individuals with disabilities or other long-term care is preferred. The individual must be professional, flexible, self-motivated, dependable, and able to work cooperatively with staff, Individual team members and outside agencies.

This position requires the use of computer software applications. Required software applications for this position include, but are not limited to; MICROSOFT WORD, OUTLOOK, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, THERAP and KRONOS.
