Job Description
The person in this position has the responsibility to coordinate a variety of services including, but not limited to: Managing incoming referrals or service questions from outside sources for all unit-based services. Maintaining tracking data on person served in each service area, including: SA’s, units, and utilizations within applicable information systems. Producing required departmental reports and push out to managers and directors.
Performing any of a wide range of financial and administrative supports including, the maintenance and dissemination of financial information and scheduling. Assisting designated supervisory personnel in projects, research, and administrative tasks. Promoting positive teamwork, attend all required training, and practice open communication with supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate. An Associates or four-year degree in a related field is preferred
- Minimum of two years’ experience** in unit based services
- Knowledge and understand of unit based services preferred
- Experience with scheduling, managing SA’s, and doing intakes
- Strong background or experience with excel, word, and data management
- Position requires daily use of information technology
- Must have strong organizational skills, the ability to meet deadlines and organize information, and strong communication skills, including customer service
