The person in this position should be motivated to empower and engage a large team as a supervisor. Adding creativity and inspiration to the team by being able to think outside of the box to problem solve creative ways for people to find jobs and live in the community independently. They should be able to develop and maintain close relationships with the people we serve, their families, guardians, and case managers. Bring excitement to team about the use of technology by showing the benefits of using apps, electronic documentation, tablets and smart phones. They’re also, responsible for interviewing/hiring/performance management of staff, program development and maintenance for 245D programs that maximize the benefit to individuals we serve.  Compensation for the position is $44,113.94.

• Qualify as a Designated Manager

• Experience in assisting Persons Severed in living independent lives, supporting employment goals, and in home support preferred

• Must be results orientated, a self starter who can multi task several priorities at once and committed to delivering quality service for people of varying abilities and needs

• Administrative and supervisory experience with multi-site management a plus

• Prior experience in developing and implementing individual programs, budget implementation, and supervising staff is desired

• All employees in this position must have a valid driver’s license along with an acceptable driving record and a clear background check
