Job Description

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

In this role you will lead recruitment efforts by sourcing qualified candidates in a variety of ways, ensuring a positive candidate experience and partnering with Hiring Mangers to meet their hiring needs.  Working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and consistently sourcing passive candidates, the recruiter executes the recruitment strategy and manages a full workload of open requisitions.

  • The Recruiter is responsible for matching applicants with the best fit for them and our individuals served. 
  • While this position will source applicants through a variety of established tools and processes, the ideal candidate should be experienced in developing and implementing new and creative ideas to attract qualified candidates. 
  • This position will build collaborative relationships with Hiring Managers to ensure that recruitment efforts are performed at the highest level.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum two years of high-volume recruiting of hourly employees
  • High School Diploma / GED Certificate
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with recruitment technology such as an ATS, Window, Outlook, etc.  

Preferred:

  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience or Interest in the field of developmental disabilities or social services
  • Experience using social media to identify and recruit passive candidates
