Job Description

Responsible for the health and safety of persons in service and personnel in the assigned programs and offices. Providing effective leadership in the assigned programs and offices.

Responsible for the operational management and fiscal management of the assigned programs and offices. Promoting effective communication with stakeholders. Implementation of Human Resource policies, procedures and practices with personnel. Assure that Dungarvin and its’ Independent Contractors are in compliance with applicable funding and regulatory requirements. Responsible for the monitoring and adherence to agency policies and procedures and assuring high program quality for the assigned programs and offices. Supervising outside consultants or contractors where needed in the assigned programs and offices.

Qualifications

Must have a bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field. 

At least three years’ experience in a supervisory role. 

At least three years’ experience serving children and/or adults with disabilities. 

 

Applicants must be able to implement the mission and policies of the organization.
