We are excited to announce this opportunity and eager to fill a full-time, 40 hr. per week, Nurse Coordinator position. This position is in our Milwaukee based office. 

The Nurse Coordinator will be responsible for:

·         providing in-home direct nursing supports

·         delegation training to direct care staff

·         the coordination of individualized health care management, resulting in optimal health

·         working with a variety of external health care systems

·         orientation, training, and supervision of nurses

·         developing and monitoring the implementation of medical policies and procedures utilized within the organization to assure compliance with licensure/certification

·         promoting quality health care to the individuals served

Starting hourly wage of up to $32.00 per hour, depending on experience!

Must hold a current RN license to practice nursing in the state of Wisconsin, valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Preference will be given to candidates with at least 3-5 years of direct clinical experience, prior education and/or experience working with the developmentally disabled or other long-term care and prior personnel management/supervisory experience.  The individual must be mature, flexible, self-motivated, dependable and able to work cooperatively with staff, interdisciplinary team members and outside agencies.
