The Program Director is responsible for coordination and management of the program sites.  The priority areas of responsibility include hiring the highest quality of staff and ensuring their completion of orientation and ongoing training, ensuring all aspects of the program are developed, implemented, coordinated, and monitored to the greatest degree possible, and have involvement in outside services pertaining to the individuals we support.  The Program Director should have direct communication and access to the Director and all supervisors within the organization.

The Program Director works in any combination of the following programs: development, day habilitation/program (DP), personal care alternatives (PCA), supported employment (SE), and supported living services (SLS).

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Service field preferred 
• Must be a qualified I/DD professional based on education, experience, and abilities
• Experience in developing and implementing individual programs, budget implementation, and in supervising others is required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Current auto liability insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Acceptable criminal record
• Must have good decision-making, time management, and communication skills
• Must be responsible, mature, and flexible
