Job Description
Dua Pa is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Consultant (Client Success) to support client engagements and contribute to our mission of empowering organizations through innovative consulting and partnership solutions.
The ideal candidate will blend analytical thinking, research capability, and project execution skills with a strong client-success mindset. You will play a key role in supporting consulting projects, managing grant processes, and ensuring that every engagement delivers measurable value and impact for both NGO and for-profit clients.
Working closely with Dua Pa’s leadership and consulting team, you will contribute to end-to-end project delivery (from research and proposal development to implementation and performance reporting) while maintaining a consistent focus on client satisfaction and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Success (10%)
- Support Dua Pa in maintaining productive, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes and strengthen engagement through improved service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, deliverables, and feedback.
Project Delivery & Research (25%)
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of consulting projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct market, programmatic, and funding research to inform project strategies.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate project resources and track progress against milestones.
Grant Development & Management (35%)
- Research and identify relevant funding opportunities aligned with Dua Pa’s strategic goals and client needs.
- Draft compelling grant proposals, budgets, and supporting documentation.
- Manage the end-to-end grant lifecycle—from application through reporting and compliance.
- Track grant performance metrics and maintain an organized database of opportunities and submissions.
Quality Assurance & Compliance (15%)
- Review deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client and donor requirements.
- Support the implementation of internal quality control processes and templates.
- Gather, analyze, and document client feedback for continuous improvement.
Financial & Performance Oversight (15%)
- Support project budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and client invoices.
- Flag and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with the finance team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Development Studies, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in consulting, project management, or donor-funded program support.
- Demonstrated experience with grant writing, research, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and clarity.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Workspace/Notion.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Additional Information
Part-time; 10 - 15 hours maximum/week
Incentives are paid based on secured funding opportunities (1-3% of accepted value)
