Immediate Full-time position is available for an experienced dynamic Building Maintenance Service Manager for two high rise commercial office buildings in Newport News and Hampton. Qualified candidate will supervise and lead the general cleaning and maintenance of the building, and adjacent walks and grounds; contractor oversight, receive materials and supplies and deliver to units; is responsible for maintaining operational and working equipment in clean, orderly, and functional condition. Responds to emergency situations, such as power failure, plumbing, heating, or vandalism, etc. We are looking for a building maintenance technician with 3 - 5 years' verifiable experience in all aspects of office/commercial building maintenance or related field. Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to work independently with reliable transportation. Please include job-related references and salary requirements. High school education or equivalent.
