Job Description

Drexel is looking for Customer Service Representative to join our Operations team at Drexel Head Office.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about Customer Service, with exceptional communication and organizational skills. You have experience with customer service, warehouse operations, retail admin, carrier portals and tracking, managing document and data uploads in WMS and ERP systems and identifying and solving process opportunities and deficiencies.

Reporting to the 3PL Operations Specialist, this person is first point of contact for all customer service inquiries at Drexel and is responsible for ensuring our Customers’ requests are resolved quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, respond to, and facilitate resolution for all customer service inquiries received at Drexel through, email, phone and applicable portals.
  • Communicate effectively with Department leads, facility managers and other applicable Drexel staff.
  • Process transational fees for Customer Service services provided to customers as applicable.
  • Generate and provide customer reporting as required.
  • Sales Order entry, edit, cancellation in WMS and ERP.
  • RMA and Sales Return Order entry, processing, transportation and reporting.
  • Capture Customer Service Performance data and report to Drexel Management.

  • Strong computer abilities including: WMS/ERP (Manhattan, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, 3PL Central), Techdinamics/Techship, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, CS Platforms
