Job Description

Whether in semiconductor manufacturing, battery cell production, life sciences, or the chemical industry, our EPCM projects are shaping some of the world's most advanced industrial facilities.

For a major semiconductor construction project in Belgium, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Construction Project Coordinator to support our on-site project leadership team. Working closely with the Lead Construction Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient project coordination, communication, and administration throughout the project lifecycle.

 

  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the on-site project management team
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track actions and decisions
  • Support project controls activities, including invoice reviews and variation order pre-checks
  • Maintain project databases, documentation, and reporting systems
  • Prepare presentations, status reports, and project-related communications
  • Act as a key contact person for project coordination and organizational matters between the project team, client, and external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training in business administration, engineering, or real estate management, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience as project or team assistant, preferably in construction or engineering projects
  • Confident use of MS Office and digital project platforms, ideally with experience in project or document management tools
  • Excellent English skills and enjoyment in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including international contacts, Dutch and French skills are a plus
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to work on-site in Belgium as part of an international project team
