Job Description
Do you have strong attention to detail and enjoy supporting the development of tailored proposals for exciting IT projects? As an IT Bid Coordinator, you will support the bid process in Málaga, working closely with experienced teams to ensure high-quality and compliant proposals. Sound exciting? Key responsabilities:
- Supporting the preparation and coordination of IT bids, including tender identification, documentation, and submission processes
- Assisting in the development of high-quality, compliant IT proposals in line with technical, commercial, legal, and regulatory requirements
- Supporting compliance checks, clarification processes, and formal communications during public procurement procedures (e.g. RFPs, RFQs, framework calls)
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including solution architects, PMO, finance, and delivery teams
- Assist in the preparation of commercial inputs, including pricing data, underlying assumptions, contractual terms, and supporting documentation in collaboration with senior team members.
- Support internal bid governance processes, including preparation of materials and coordination for review milestones and approval gates.
- Maintain accurate data entry and ensure adherence to bid management processes, supporting effective coordination and tracking across the bid lifecycle.
- Monitoring basic market information and supporting improvements in bid processes, tools, and templates
- Maintaining and updating bid templates, standard responses, and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or comparable training) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Law or related fields
- Previous experience in IT bid coordination, proposal support, or a similar role in Spain
- Basic understanding of public IT tenders and procurement procedures; familiarity with tender platforms is advantageous
- A high level of English (C1) is required. Knowledge of German is a plus
- A structured, detail-oriented approach with good organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
