Job Description

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the way in client advisory, project leadership, and technical due diligence. From early involvement to strategic decision-making, you’ll ensure every phase aligns with client goals while balancing stakeholder needs and compliance with ABR18 regulations.

  • Client Advisory & Project Execution: Advise clients from early strategy through delivery and lead project execution in close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring objectives for time, cost, quality, and risk are met 
  • Procurement & Contracting: Advise on procurement and contract strategies and support tendering, evaluation, negotiations, and contract award in compliance with Danish regulations  
  • Design & Delivery Management: Represent the client during design and execution, coordinating consultants and contractors while monitoring quality, progress, H&S, and compliance  
  • Commercial & Risk Management: Control project finances, manage risks and changes, and provide structured reporting, recommendations, and decision support to the client 
  • Stakeholder Management: Lead the communication and ensure alignment across all project stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or in a similar technical and built environment discipline  
  • Sound professional experience in a client advisory (bygherrerådgivning) or project management role within construction or real estate 
  • Strong technical understanding, enabling you to challenge solutions and advise clients throughout all project phases 
  • Solid knowledge of ABR18, YBL is an advantage 
  • Proven ability in stakeholder management, financial control, risk management, and quality assurance
  • Excellent communication both in Danish and English
  • Collaborative mindset, structured and reliable advisor with high professional integrity
