    Job Description

    • Independent handling of work packages within demanding building construction projects across all project phases
    • Taking responsibility for key project management areas including scheduling, cost control, quality management, tendering, and contract management
    • Organisation, communication, information management, and coordination with all project stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle
    • Gradual assumption of responsibility for sub-project management as well as deputy project management roles
    • Acting as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders

    Qualifications

    • University degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, property or construction management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects in construction, real estate, or infrastructure.
    • Knowledge of building permit and occupancy permit processes, as well as construction law requirements under Czech legislation.
    • Technical expertise in all construction-related matters.
    • Background in project management with a track record of successful project delivery.
    • Solution-oriented and customer-focused mindset, with the ability to drive results.
    • Persuasive, assertive, and collaborative team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
    • Resilient, with entrepreneurial thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities.
    • Willingness to travel regularly as required by project needs.
    • Fluent in Czech and English
