*Job Overview  
We are looking to hire and train dynamic, compassionate Student Life Coaches to partner with schools and connect with students recommended for our Student Evidence-based Intervention and Mediation Program. This role requires individuals who can inspire and guide young people through challenges, helping them develop the social and emotional skills necessary to thrive.

Responsibilities
Building Meaningful Connections: Engage with students to create a safe, trusting relationship that fosters open communication and growth.

Guidance and Support: Provide ongoing coaching, providing students with the tools and strategies to navigate academic, social, and emotional challenges.

Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with school staff, counselors, and fellow coaches to develop and implement individualized action plans for each student, ensuring their progress is tracked and their unique needs are met.

Fostering Growth: Encourage and support students in setting and achieving personal goals, helping them evolve academically, socially, and emotionally.

Inspiring Leadership: Serve as a positive role model, demonstrating resilience, empathy, and leadership in every interaction.
